At CarlinKit (Hong Kong) Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items do not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
